Hi! I’m Grace, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counseling Associate (LCMHCA). I work with children, teens, adults, and LGBTQ+ populations struggling with anxiety, trauma, family dynamics, life transitions, identity issues, communication & boundary-setting, body-image & self-esteem, depression, and emotion regulation.

I am a North Carolina native and have lived all over the state. You can find me surrounding myself with family and friends, exploring Raleigh, cooking and baking, and traveling with my partner.

COUNSELING APPROACH

I approach counseling from a person-centered, strengths-based, somatic-informed lens. I utilize EMDR, Polyvagal, DBT, and CBT modalities as a clinician. When it comes to working with children, I strive to utilize their language of play to support their experience in counseling.

I am committed to meeting people with warmth, empathy, and acceptance while holding you accountable to become the best version of yourself through therapy. We will work collaboratively to set goals and achieve growth throughout the therapeutic process. I strive to hear your story and validate your lived experiences.
