I’m Mary Beth, a licensed counselor, group private practice owner, digital marketing expert for therapists, podcast host, Enneagram 3, Pinterest-obsessed, toddler mom, wife, and your personal cheerleader.
Upon graduating from Columbia University, I’ve spent the past 10 years providing therapy to children, teens, adults, and families specializing in family dynamic work, enmeshment, boundaries, anxiety, transitions, and trauma. I founded Your Journey Through in 2016 to empower clients to live a life they love, through a modern and relatable therapy experience. This pipe dream has grown into something I am SO proud of, making a significant footprint on the Raleigh, NC community in terms of destigmatizing mental health and providing support to clients of all ages, races, gender and sexuality spectrums, and religions.

I live in downtown Raleigh with my husband, daughter, and rescue pup, Kingston. When I’m not in the office, I’m traveling, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
